Fall Festival Nonprofit Vendor Agreement

1. Amenities

Vendor will be designated one 10’ x 10’ space, as requested in the application at no cost. Electricity will not be provided. Generators and unapproved extension cords will not be permitted. Vendors must bring their own tent. Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum will not provide vendors with a tent, table, or chair(s). The Fall Festival will provide seating and tables in a designated area for visitors.

Nonprofit booths are expected to provide a free activity or craft that is suitable for children and families during the event. Please submit a description of your activity with this agreement.

2. Day of the Event

Vendors must be completely set up and ready to open to the public, with vehicles parked in designated vendor parking, by 12:30p Sunday, October 26. Vendors may arrive beginning at 11am. Vehicle use will not be permitted at all during the event. Booths may not be taken down prior to 5:00p. All potential hazards must be cleared from the area or secured at all times. All booths will be subject to inspection by KBGA Staff prior to opening. In case of extreme or inclement weather, you will receive an update on the event from Garden staff prior to setup.
