Sales Commission *

Vendor agrees to remit twenty percent (20%) of gross sales earned during the event to KBGA. This commission is calculated based on the total sales made at the event.

Payment Terms *

Vendor shall remit payment by check only. All checks must be made payable to: Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum. The payment is due no later than five (5) calendar days after the event, i.e., by Friday, October 31, 2025. Checks may be mailed or delivered to: Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum 2743 Wimpole Avenue Knoxville, TN 37914

Vendor Responsibilities *

Vendor shall: 1. Arrive and set up during the designated time window provided by event staff. 2. Provide their own booth setup, including tables, 10x10 tent, chairs, and signage. 3. Operate their booth for the full duration of the event. 4. Track and report their own total gross sales at the end of the event. 5. Follow all event rules and guidelines as communicated by KBGA.

Liability & Insurance *

Vendor assumes full responsibility for their property and actions during the event. KBGA is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KBGA, its staff, volunteers, and board members from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from their participation.

Termination *

KBGA reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event or future events for failure to comply with this agreement, non-payment, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
