Step into the story behind your glass. Held in the historic mule barn, this hands-on workshop takes its inspiration from our Green Drinks Garden — a living collection of the plants that have shaped brewing, distilling, and cocktail culture across centuries.
You'll learn to make two botanical cocktails from scratch, guided by our team through the flavors, folklore, and science of the plants in your cup. Equal parts tasting, learning, and doing, this is a workshop for the curious drinker and the plant-obsessed alike.
