The Communications & Engagement Manager leads the Garden’s public voice and a portfolio of community programs. This person guides strategy, creates content, stewards donors, manages projects, and supervises an education team — all in service of sharing the Garden’s story and making it accessible to everyone. This role is well-suited to a generalist who thrives in a mission-driven environment and can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate would be equally comfortable writing and editing a newsletter, speaking to the public and garden supporters, and exploring the garden with people of all ages.
