With its spectacular views and lush surroundings, the Garden is an ideal location for special occasions. There’s something new to discover here every season, and we have a number of event spaces that can accommodate groups of any size. All of this is located just minutes from downtown Knoxville.

Weddings

Weddings at the Knoxville Botanical Garden & Arboretum are a magical experience. Whether your taste runs toward our elegant Stone Terrace and Garden Club Room; the enchanting Round House Courtyard and ivy-covered Stone Greenhouse (which appears to have been plucked from the pages of a fairy tale); clusters of old-growth trees in the Sunken Gardens; or the Great Lawn overlooking Mount LeConte and the Smokies, the Garden can provide a unique backdrop for your special day.  The site is available for both ceremonies and receptions. We partner exclusively with All Occasions Party Rentals for equipment rentals such as tents, chairs and tables.

Meetings and other Special Events

The Garden makes a lovely backdrop for events of every imaginable type. We have played host to business meetings, fundraising galas, picnics, sporting competitions, family reunions, baptisms and memorial services.
