Spring Wildflower Walk at Norris State Park

Taught By: Brian Campbell, Director of Horticulture

Description: Spring is the best time of the year to catch many of our native wildflowers in bloom, particularly our spring ephemerals like trilliums and Jack-in-the-pulpits. So come along on an easy 3 mile hike along the river bluff Trail at Norris Dam State Park with KBGA staff horticulturists. We will cover methods of identification so bring along your favorite field guide, cameras and a good pair of hiking shoes.

Meet @ 1pm at the Norris Dam Visitors Center and we will caravan to the trail head. Please RSVP to Brian at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or if you have any questions. The walk is free.
